Modern life is full of different pains. Because, in this life, people have moved away from their own identity to become modern. Therefore, the sweet relationship between man and nature has been broken. People are so busy with their work that they become their enemies. Because modern society is filled with technology. And so we want everything to be easy. As a result, we have all become lazy.


According to our great grandparents 'getting up early in the morning keeps both bodies and mind healthy'. Maybe that's why they were healthy, strong, and long-lived. On the other hand, they were not lazy.



But in modern life, most people lose their sleep at night and are active on social media, and get up late in the morning. They do not tolerate the heat of the summer and use AC. Therefore, the body's ability to tolerate is decreasing day by day. Fat is also a major problem among people who do not work hard or rest all the time because they think their bodies will suffer. Therefore, the majority of people in the world are suffering from various diseases such as diabetes, heart failure, blood pressure, and mental illness. Again, food provides energy to the human body. However, in modern life, eating junk food and drinks has become a habit among people. Therefore, the body's digestive system is becoming weak. They have also reduced their ability to think by thinking too much about unnecessary things. This has become a bad habit among people in modern society.


The practice of yoga and its necessity has become increasingly important in modern life to eliminate this habit among people and to keep the body healthy and strong.


I think maybe a daily practice of yoga will remove laziness from people and increase their endurance.


Some yogasana like - Bhujangasana(cobra pose) increases digestion, liver, and kidneys can work better. Dhanurasana(bow pose) strengthens the back and abdominal muscles and controls blood circulation, diabetes, the digestive system, and chest problems. Adho Mukha Savasana increases blood flow to the brain and relieves stress and anxiety. Padmasana calms the mind and brain, straightens the spine, and increases patience.
