Nutrition is the energy needed to keep the body healthy, strong, and dynamic.

Nutrition is a process where the body utilizes food for growth and maintenance and healthy living.

Nutrition promotes the physical and mental growth and development of human beings and also builds and repairs tissue and cell damage by infection and injuries. It also increases the energy for doing work better.

There are two types of nutrition one is Macronutrients like protein, carbs, fats, and water. Another one is Micronutrients like vitamins and minerals.

A healthy body needs various kinds of nutrients like protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, fiber, water, etc.
