"Employment is the birthright of every person".

Employment helps keep people alive. It makes people optimistic. It plays an important role in meeting the needs of each individual as well as his family.

      The word unemployment is commonly used in discussions on the economy.

Unemployment means people who cannot find any work. It is a term that many people use to describe themselves when expressing a negative opinion about the economy.

       Unemployment is the state of having no job and no income for a person or a community.

Some Causes:

> Lack of advanced education.

> Lack of skill levels and experience in various fields.

> Population growth and lack of employment. 

> Sometimes students cannot choose the subjects they want due to financial difficulties. Therefore, the education received in this way is only included in the certificate and does not become the form of appropriate use.

> Students are dissatisfied with their education because they have to study under coercion from their families. Therefore, such education becomes worthless in the lives of students.

> Poor management decisions.

> Therefore, the education received in this way is only included in the certificate and does not become the form of appropriate use.

> Use of various types of technology creates unemployment.

How To Eliminate It From Society:-

       The unemployment problem can be eliminated in two ways. One is by individual involvement and the other by the government. 

By The Individuals:

        We should educate ourselves and educate others so that they will not become unemployed.

> We can start our own business by becoming skillful in what we love to do.

> We can avoid unemployment by starting work with education and training.  

> We can avoid unemployment by taking training in various subjects provided by the government.

> We can avoid becoming unemployed ourselves by engaging in agriculture and encouraging others to engage in agriculture.

> By using personal involvement and our skills, we can eliminate unemployment.

> We can also solve the unemployment problem through animal husbandry.  We can become self-sufficient by raising cows, goats, ducks, chickens, etc., and selling the milk and eggs produced from them in the market.

> Again we can reduce unemployment by educating ourselves and sharing our skills with others.

> Fish farming can also be self-sufficient.

> We can also become self-sufficient using the Internet. For Example, the use of YouTube blog making, online blog or article writing, affiliate marketing, online teaching, etc.  At present, its practical benefits have been seen.

By The Government:

         The government has taken various steps to solve this problem. Therefore, it is helpful to remove some of the unemployed from society.

> The government can solve the unemployment problem by making everyone employable.

> The government can alleviate unemployment by setting up industries and creating jobs in the country.

> To reduce unemployment, the government should provide training so that every person becomes a skilled and qualified employee.

> Skillful training should be provided to less educated persons so that they too are eligible for jobs or any other job.

> Make a scheme that can solve the problem of unemployment.

> The government can provide loans to the younger generation to start businesses.

          I think a bigger problem like unemployment cannot be solved by a particular organization like the government alone. This will require the efforts of private organizations and our individuals to solve this problem. We should try to overcome our unemployment by getting as much education, training, skill, etc. as we can.
