A Motivational Story------

In the classroom.

Classes are going on.

The teacher was teaching about the administration of the district.

Then a student stood up and asked the teacher---

: Who is the Deputy Commissioner?

The teacher smiled sweetly and said--

: The Deputy Commissioner is the head of a district. He controls every part of the entire district. He can even impose Section 144 if there is anarchy in the district.

The student again stood up and asked---

: How to become a Deputy Commissioner of a district?

: There is an examination to become a Deputy Commissioner all over India or at the state level. If you pass the examination, you will become a Deputy Commissioner. The examination is conducted by the UPSC centrally and the SPSC in the states.

Again student ask

: What do I need to do to take the exam?

Teacher said

: You have to graduate for this exam.

Student ask

: Do I have to be a graduate in a specific subject?

Teacher said

: No need! This exam does not require any specific subject or percentage  This test can be taken by every Indian resident. Who is addressed as an IAS officer after passing.

The student said excitedly

: Now I understand. Sir, I will be an IAS officer and will take charge of the entire district.    

The teacher and the other students clapped in the classroom and applauded the student's enthusiasm and confidence.
