The Early Morning of Nature.


Early Morning is the time just before sunrise, about an hour to an hour and a half before sunrise. At the time of the early morning, the sun's bright rays fall on the earth and dispel the darkness of the night. It is during this time that the birds chirp with their sweet voices. It is as if they wake up nature with the rising of the sun and also leave their nests and migrate to different areas in search of food. It is at this time that the leaves of the trees, the grass come to life and the petals of the flowers open.


The early morning time is called the beginning of the day. During this time the slow wind cools the whole world as well as the environment. A fragrance that comes with the slow wind and makes this time even more beautiful.


During this time, pure oxygen flows throughout the earth. At this time the green plants release pure oxygen into nature and purify the environment. We know that green plants prepare their food with the help of sunlight, carbon dioxide, and water. They take in carbon dioxide during the day from the sunlight and release oxygen gas. This is why other animals on Earth live on oxygen. On the other hand, the same green plants need oxygen to prepare their food at night. Therefore, plants take in oxygen at night and release carbon dioxide. During the early morning, or just before sunrise the plant takes in carbon dioxide again and releases pure oxygen gas into nature, and purifies the environment. This allows the animals to take in oxygen again. So we can say that pure oxygen flow at the time of the early morning.


The Effects and Benefits of the Early Morning for Us:-


We are lazy-minded. We are looking for a comfortable life. That’s why we become lazy. Sleep is also a part of it. Therefore, we can't get up in the morning. Since the natural environment of the whole world is pure during the early morning time, we should get up from sleep and fully enjoy this moment that nature has created for us.


Early Morning is also a very beneficial time for human beings. People should get up of bed at this time and do some things like - 


Take the name of God and thank him for giving us a new day to survive. This increases positive thinking for the day and motivates us to do new work.


Exercise, yoga, and walking should be done during this time to maintain our good health. Pure oxygen flows during this time so when we breathe, pure oxygen enters every part of our body. This is a good way to keep every part of the body alive and functioning properly.


Our minds are so playful they can't be easily contained. Therefore, this time is useful for meditating and calming, and controlling the mind. Therefore, meditation should be done at this time. The sages of India conquered the world by solitude meditating during this time. So this time is very incredible for a human being.


Students should get up early in the morning and study. This is because during this time our mind is free from unnecessary thoughts and the mind is calm. Therefore, learning in such an environment makes it easier to understand and remember the lessons. It's best to study mathematics if you can.


How we can get up early in the morning


There is nothing that people cannot do in life. The main solution is practice. Everything becomes easier with practice. We can practice getting up early in the morning. In this situation, therefore, alarms should be used in the first instance. And try to get up at the same time every day. If we practice this for about a few days, we will always wake up at this specific time. But at first, this habit will be annoying us, but after a few days, it will make our minds happy.
