Short Story: Mind Control

 Short Story "Mind Control" Joga Teacher a Yoga Students 


A Short Story------ 

The sun is shining in the eastern sky in the morning.


A Yoga Training Center. 


People who belong to different backgrounds and different environments come here to spend some time alone. 


A cool breeze was blowing gently in the open field of yoga. All the yoga students are coming and sitting in their seats. The yoga teacher also came and sat down in his seat.


Yoga Teacher: Do you know why you are coming here?  


Yoga students: Yes!  We are here to take a break from our busy lives. 


The yoga teacher smiled and said: No!  We came here to find ourselves.


Students are confused about the answer by the teacher.

Yoga students: But how?  


Yoga teacher: Yes! We came here to find ourselves. For this, the first stage we have to control our minds. Only then can we be happy in our busy lives.  


Yoga Students: Mind control!  But how could we control our restless minds?  


Yoga Teacher: First, close your eyes slowly. Don't try to control your mind for the first few moments. Leave it open. Now take a deep breath through your nose and let it go inside you. Try to see that breath. Try to feel where the breath is hitting inside you. If you can, try to take the breath right into your navel. Now take your breath out. Try to feel which parts of the body are touched when the breath is exhaled again.  We will do this process ten times in a row.  


After completing this process ten times -

Yoga Teacher: Now open your eyes slowly. We will try to do this today ten times a day on every early morning. So that we can bring our minds under our complete control.


Moral of the story. 

We can control our minds through yoga.  There are many examples of these characteristics. They were able to control the restless mind and conquer the whole world.
