A Short Story

After Part I -

There is a lot of crowd in the market. She rings the bell of her bicycle and arrives at her fish stall. However, she was a little late that day and another female was sitting there selling fish.

This scene made her very angry.

: Why are you sitting here? She asked angrily.

: I thought you wouldn't come because you were late today. --- The female said politely.

: Don't you know this is my place? Get up from here.  --- She said roughly behave.

: Yeah! Today you sit in my place  --- The female said politely.

: Not at all. You go to your place.  Can't be here. Get up well.  --- She pointed her index finger angrily this time.

The female feels embarrassed and gets up out with something saying in her mouth.

The house where the fish is sold in the market is a paved house about half a foot high from the ground. The house is open all around. The roof is tinted. Therefore, the buyers and sellers are protected from the sun and rain.

Meanwhile, she takes the fish tin off the bicycle and spreads the fish on the plastic tarpaulin.

The day went smoothly.

Meanwhile, the sun is setting. The merchants are wrapping up their goods.

She also covered the remaining five fish. At that time a cute dog came and looked at her. At first, she didn't notice. But after watching for a long time, he took out a fish from the covered fish tin and threw it at the dog

: What shall I give you? Eat this one.  --- She looks at the dog humbly.

The dog also took the fish and ran to a deserted place.

She bought herself some vegetables and went out to the market.

Deserted road.

There is less movement of people.

It's dark all around. The lights of motor vehicles occasionally illuminate the road.

She looked up at the sky and saw that it was covered with dark clouds. There is also lightning from time to time.

Two drunken men are covering the whole road and shouting. They have bottles of wine in their hands.

She was frightened by this scene. But she has no choice but to move forward courageously on that road.

She was gathering a little courage and moving forward. The two drunks saw her and overtook her bicycle.

: Stop... where are you going?  -- An alcoholic puts his hand on the handlebars of his bicycle.

: Look, let me go  -- she says boldly to the two drunkards.

: She's coming from the market. That means you've got a lot.  --- The other alcoholic looks at the tin tied to the bicycle carrier.

Then an alcoholic demanded money from her.

She finds no way out and starts screaming for help.

Then a dog ran and fell on the two drunkards and attacked them. And bites the ankle of an alcoholic's foot.

The two drunken men fled the scene to escape the dog.

She took the opportunity to ride her bicycle and run away.

A storm wind and clouds are also roaring.

The walls of the house are shaking in the wind.

She is trying to fall asleep looking at them in the light of the lamp  But I can't sleep.

It's midnight….

A storm and heavy rain covered the entire area. The rain is pouring through the roof of her house and wetting the floor inside. She has put various objects in the water area to prevent water from falling on the floor but to no avail.

Anyway, that bad time of night passed.

She opened the door and was shocked. Because the river that had been flowing humbly until the previous day was still flowing. And she has reached one end of the yard.

She came out of the house and saw the villagers waiting near her house. And advising them to leave the house soon.

But she didn't pay any attention to it.

She is just moving forward to see the boundaries of the yard.

The river swept away her and part of her house. She began to stagger in the water for help.

 The villagers also started shouting.

Before the villagers could rescue her, a dog jumped into the water and swam, but her clothes, and dragged her to the riverbank.

She was lying unconscious then. The villagers treated her and brought her back to consciousness.

Many people looked at the dog and thought it was the form of God.

She heard about the dog and went to the dog to take a look.

: You...you saved my life. You paid me the price of a fish by saving my life. --- Crying and putting the dog in his chest.

: From today onwards you are all I have. You're ... my Jimi.  --- She said and released her mind that had been harsh for so long.
