Women In Society
The role of women in society has changed with the changing times. Today, women can achieve success in every field. Today's women can show their skills in the military, civilian, business, teaching, doctors, athletics, etc. Women have several roles in society. They are mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends. As a daughter or sister, she is responsible for looking after family members as well as doing household chores such as cooking and cleaning. They are working very hard to follow the right path and do something great in their lives.
Women are seen as a major factor in the development of society and the culture of an individual. Women play a crucial role within family, community, country, and world at large. Culture is essential for the proper functioning of a society. In a male-dominated society, it remains a dream for women. But if we look at the past, we see that in the Vedic era, husbands and wives were equally respected.
A woman can be someone's daughter, someone's sister, someone's wife, and someone's daughter-in-law and mother. Only women have the power to. She can leave her parents' home forever and start a new marriage with her husband. Looking at the faces of children can make you forget the sorrows of your life. A woman who is the creator of the family and a calm woman can find solutions to any danger to her family or children. They contribute to the overall success of their homes and lives by providing love and care for their children, friends, and other family members.
Today, in the 21st century, women's self-respect has shone in the international context.
Now women have been able to find themselves in every workplace in the world. Sometimes I feel proud to see and read about the unique development qualities of women in the news. Because I have also seen the beautiful world in that woman's womb for nine months.
Today's woman has been able to identify herself not only as a woman but also as a symbol of power. Astronauts like Sally Ride, Christa McAuliffe, Eileen Collins, Kalpana Chawla, Pegg Winston, etc have hoisted the flag of victory in space on behalf of the whole world. Not only this, today's women have moved forward in many fields like doctors, professors, lawyers, police, politicians, film actresses, sportspersons, business trade, etc. Vandana Luthra founder of VLCC, Kiran Mazumdar Shaw founder of Biocon Limited, Gina Rinehart, Demise Coates, Wan Lai Chun, etc. have identified themselves as successful businessmen.
Angela Merkel Chancellor of Germany, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf President of Liberia, Aung San Suu Kyi State Counselor of Myanmar, Indira Gandhi Ex-Prime Minister of India, Sarojini Naidu, Pratibha Devi Singh Patil Ex-President of India, etc. have identified himself as a successful politician. Many such admitted women have been able to write their names in golden letters.
I am proud that the current woman has been able to identify herself but when her history is revealed, it is seen that women's lives were very difficult.
It was very difficult to find the existence of a woman in a male-dominated society. The woman could not place her judgment before others or before society. However, sometimes it was punished if placed before society. Only children and families had to spend their lives trapped. Deprived of education, he could not get employment rights.
Again, in some places, the act of killing a girl also appears to be embedded in history. When her husband died, society forced his wife to burn her with his pyre. Again, when he worked equally hard but paid women less than men.
But almost all countries in the present world have facilitated women's right to education, right to work, etc. with the help of gender equality. On top of this, many steps have been taken for the development and safety of women and most of them have been inserted into the article of the Constitution. For this, every government is appreciated.
I hope that the current women will move forward and also take the women who are lagging in the 21st century and become partners in the development of the world.
